If you don’t absolutely love your new Aviya Mattress, we’ll come pick it up and refund your purchase – it’s as simple as that! Give us a call at 1-844-327-7421 or email us at helpdesk@aviyamattress.com and one of our sleep experts will get in touch with you to start your return. There are no restocking fees, return delivery fees, or any extra charges whatsoever to process a return. We do ask that you try the mattress for at least 2 weeks before initiating your return. Note that all returns must be made within the 100 night trial period.
